Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on AI/ML best practices.
- Monitor model performance in production and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
- Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
