Responsibilities
- Develop quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Optimize quantum circuit designs for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Conduct quantum simulation modeling for complex system validation
- Research and implement novel quantum communication protocols
- Document technical specifications and contribute to IP development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence principles
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed conference papers
