Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, metaverse) and assess their business impact through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise and consumer sectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Analyze market disruption risks and opportunities for 2026+ scenarios
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, universities, and innovation labs
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to align technology strategy with business goals
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies preferred
