Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI technology roadmap with 5-year predictive modeling
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global AI consortia
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Intelligence Fellowship program
- Patent at least 3 core AI methodologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record in deploying large-scale LLM systems (>10B parameters)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic AI architectures
- Experience with EU AI Act and Global AI Safety Council protocols
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum assembly languages
- Previous work on AGI alignment and value learning systems
