Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead quantum-classical hybrid system integration with cloud platforms like AWS Braket and Azure Quantum
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to Shor's algorithm attacks
- Drive quantum software stack development including Q# and Cirq frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction or decoherence mitigation
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record developing quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography protocols (BB84, E91) and post-quantum cryptography
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
