Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 50+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN on quantum error correction breakthroughs
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature Physics and IEEE Transactions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Demonstrated experience leading quantum software teams
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) from IBM Quantum
