As we prepare to launch our flagship 2026 suite of products, we need a leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will be instrumental in selecting cutting-edge technologies, establishing architectural standards, and mentoring a growing team of machine learning experts.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities slated for the 2026 release cycle.
- Design scalable, distributed machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- Lead the architecture for multi-modal AI models, integrating text, vision, and audio processing.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, MLOps, and ethical AI governance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, or Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
