Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on Generative AI, predictive analytics, and scalable infrastructure.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging trends and evaluate their potential impact on our product ecosystem, leading high-impact proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business plans.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into competitive landscapes and future technological shifts to provide actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technology Consulting, with at least 3 years in an AI or Future Tech capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current AI trends (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision) and the trajectory of these technologies through 2026.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
