Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of supporting high-traffic AI workloads.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the upcoming 2026 release cycle, identifying emerging technologies and integration opportunities.
- AI Integration Strategy: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into existing workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Solid understanding of Machine Learning principles, neural networks, and AI infrastructure patterns.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and adapting to rapid technological changes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
