Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development and optimization of large-scale neural networks and deep learning models.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the transition from theoretical research to scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and ethics departments to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Publication: Author high-impact research papers and contribute to the global AI community.
- Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning research and development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and derive insights from massive datasets.
