Responsibilities
- Develop Ethical Frameworks: Create and implement comprehensive AI ethics guidelines and risk assessment protocols for next-gen neural networks.
- Strategic Advisory: Advise executive leadership on the long-term societal implications of our product roadmap and strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, legal departments, and external regulatory bodies.
- Impact Audits: Conduct rigorous audits of AI models to identify and mitigate bias, fairness issues, and safety risks.
- Policy Advocacy: Collaborate with international bodies to influence the development of future-proof AI legislation and standards.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor the evolving landscape of AI governance and technology to anticipate future challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, policy making, or a similar high-level governance role.
- Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, large language models, and deep learning architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical audiences.
- Future Vision: Demonstrated interest in the long-term trajectory of technology and its societal implications.
