Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Optimize existing algorithms and models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of industry trends in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of the engineering department.
- Translate complex business problems into robust mathematical models and technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (5+ years of experience).
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience in deploying ML models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
