Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of the 2026 Enterprise Architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance across all cloud environments.
- Lead the architectural strategy for migrating legacy systems to next-generation microservices and serverless architectures.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks and ensure system integrity.
- Drive innovation by researching and evaluating emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 Vision (e.g., AI integration, edge computing).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
