Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Deep Learning models for production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of LLM (Large Language Model) fine-tuning strategies.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in AI safety and robustness.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
