We are looking for a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Readiness Architect to join our elite engineering division in San Francisco.

Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant deep learning architectures capable of processing exabytes of real-time data.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Develop and integrate quantum computing algorithms into classical cloud frameworks to prepare our infrastructure for the post-silicon era.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and neuro-computing.
- System Optimization: Spearhead high-performance computing initiatives to reduce latency and maximize computational efficiency across distributed networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Risk & Security: Implement advanced cybersecurity protocols specifically designed to mitigate threats from future quantum decryption methods.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with Qiskit or Cirq is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical solutions on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to translate abstract theoretical concepts into practical, deployable engineering solutions.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
