Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-use applications
- Develop strategic partnerships with research labs and innovation ecosystems
- Present technology foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting programs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with academic research institutions and tech accelerators
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
