Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and metaverse ecosystems
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk/opportunity assessment
- Manage strategic partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Translate foresight insights into product development priorities and R&D investments
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders and drive innovation culture adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, synthetic biology, quantum applications, AR/VR
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
