Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models and neural networks.
- Lead the architecture for our proprietary 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance for edge devices and cloud environments using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and data analysis to validate model accuracy and improve user engagement.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Python.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) for specific industry applications.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
