About the Role:
As our Lead AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing the core architecture of our autonomous systems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and revolutionary.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, autonomous AI systems designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and development of General Artificial Intelligence (AGI) frameworks and large language models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior data scientists and AI engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in machine learning, quantum computing, and neural networks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready LLMs and NLP solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety, and compliance standards.
