Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research and development of proprietary machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Design and implement scalable algorithms capable of processing high-dimensional data streams in real-time.
- Publish breakthrough research findings in top-tier academic conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate theoretical research into deployable production APIs.
- Conduct rigorous ethical audits and bias mitigation strategies for all AI models.
- Prototype next-generation interfaces integrating AR/VR with AI predictive analytics.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) with a strong publication record.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Strong understanding of optimization theory and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
