Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for our 2025 initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Technical Consulting: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
