Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of large-scale AI systems, focusing on latency reduction, throughput optimization, and fault tolerance.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, evaluating emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum Machine Learning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering division.
- Performance Engineering: Oversee the deployment of ML models in production environments, ensuring real-time inference capabilities.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with a specific focus on large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Innovation: Strong track record of implementing novel algorithms or architectural patterns.
