The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our AI platforms, guiding a team of engineers and data scientists to deliver high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the design and deployment of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the company's AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, retraining, and monitoring in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying LLMs and Transformer architectures at scale.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
