Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research and development for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures optimized for real-time inference.
- Innovation: Explore emerging technologies including Quantum Machine Learning and Neuromorphic computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with software engineering, product, and security teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Patent Strategy: Lead the documentation and filing of proprietary algorithms and methodologies.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring junior researchers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML research or production ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of deep learning principles.
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
