Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architecture that aligns with our 2026 strategic vision.
- AI System Integration: Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into our core product ecosystem.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure all systems are scalable, resilient, and optimized for high-performance computing environments.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to explore emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI) and evaluate their potential for immediate deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous security protocols and compliance standards for all AI infrastructures.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Senior Architect or Lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and successfully delivering them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
