- Develop and implement cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Lead high-impact initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech adoption
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Establish and nurture an ecosystem of innovation partners, startups, and research institutions
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (3-5 year horizon)
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
