Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems designed for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our core AI engines, including neural network optimization and quantum algorithm integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D: Conduct research into emerging technologies, ensuring Nexus 2026 remains ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- AI Expertise: Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive projects from conception to production.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
