The Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy scalable AI infrastructure.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product releases, ensuring competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation within the R&D department.
- Ensure all AI systems comply with emerging regulatory standards and ethical frameworks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI research, preferably at a tech unicorn or leading research lab.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (AWS, GCP) is highly preferred.
