Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput inference at petabyte scale.
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of generative AI models and multi-modal systems.
- Optimize model latency and computational efficiency for real-time applications.
- Establish and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI practices across all models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems on major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready machine learning systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical stakeholder management.
