Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term product strategy for the '2026 Vision' initiative, aligning with company-wide goals.
- Tech Visionary Leadership: Anticipate industry trends and emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to drive innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures that support rapid growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
