Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for the 2026 infrastructure roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing neural interfaces and predictive AI models.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum, Biotech, AI) and integrate them into core platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI or High-Performance Computing.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguous, futuristic requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
