Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for natural language processing and computer vision
- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and edge AI deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with emerging regulatory standards
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals/conferences
- Optimize computational efficiency for distributed quantum computing environments
- Contribute to patent portfolio development for core AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (Kubernetes/AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in algorithm optimization and computational complexity
