Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural architectures optimized for next-gen compute environments.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy models into production with zero latency.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging hardware accelerators (e.g., TPUs, NPUs) for model inference.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
