Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record leading complex tech transformations in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Certifications in quantum computing (e.g., IBM Quantum Professional) or similar
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
