Responsibilities

  • Model Development & Training: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems, using Python and modern frameworks.
  • Research Implementation: Stay abreast of the latest academic research in AI/ML and implement novel architectures and algorithms to improve model performance and efficiency.
  • Infrastructure & Deployment: Build and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure models are deployed reliably in production environments using cloud services (AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, software development, or a similar research role.
  • Programming: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or scikit-learn) and strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Cloud & Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Mathematical Maturity: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
