Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of proprietary AI models and inference pipelines.
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize existing systems for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor and coach a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
