Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures optimized for low-latency BCI communication.
- Lead the development of the proprietary "Nexus-Core" AI engine powering our 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to refine signal processing algorithms for direct neural input.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for futuristic software development.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing on quantum-inspired computing models.
- Ensure data privacy and ethical standards in AI deployment for neural data.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performance systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra and stochastic processes.
- Experience with Web5 or decentralized identity protocols is a plus.
