Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Protocol: Design and implement the core system architecture for our upcoming generation of AI-driven infrastructure.
- Quantum-Classical Integration: Develop middleware solutions that seamlessly interface classical computing systems with emerging quantum processors.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize system latency, throughput, and energy efficiency in real-time data streams.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art encryption protocols and ensure adherence to emerging global data standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and lead code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap, identifying trends in AI and quantum hardware.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; or equivalent extensive experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architect role.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Rust and Python; experience with C++ or Go is a major plus.
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and neural network architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unsolved problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
