Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex concepts into actionable technical solutions.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing and edge AI to integrate new methodologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
