Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify and integrate disruptive technologies that will define the market landscape in 2026.
- AI & R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics to enhance product capabilities.
- Strategic Vision Execution: Translate high-level technology trends into concrete product strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term vision.
- Ethical Technology Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and data governance to ensure responsible innovation and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, C-suite executives, and investors to secure buy-in for future projects.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of the competitive landscape to anticipate market shifts and position Nexus Horizon as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ Years of Experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a senior technical leadership role within the software or AI industry.
- Proven Track Record of successfully leading major technology transformations or product launches with a 3-5 year strategic horizon.
- Deep Expertise in emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, LLMs, and future computing paradigms.
- Exceptional Strategic Thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable business roadmaps.
- Strong Leadership Skills in managing diverse, cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Excellent Communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
