Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance React components using modern best practices and design patterns.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain the highest engineering standards.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services seamlessly into our frontend ecosystem.
- Drive the adoption of modern tooling and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js, Redux, and the React ecosystem.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong understanding of state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Context API, MobX).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and TDD methodologies.
- Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
