Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure aligned with our long-term strategic vision for 2026.
- Pioneer Advanced Models: Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish rigorous safety, bias mitigation, and governance frameworks for all AI deployments.
- System Optimization: Drive continuous improvements in model latency, throughput, and resource efficiency using distributed computing.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of brilliant ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Expertise: PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Deep Learning and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Core Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- 2026 Vision: Proven track record of working on complex NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy for stakeholders.
