Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Systems: Design and implement complex multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel.
- RAG Optimization: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to ensure high-fidelity, context-aware responses.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Lead the fine-tuning and instruction tuning processes for proprietary LLMs.
- System Integration: Integrate AI agents with legacy enterprise systems and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Performance Engineering: Minimize token costs and latency while maximizing throughput for real-time applications.
- Roadmap Leadership: Contribute to the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI evolution.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep understanding of async programming.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Database Skills: Experience working with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and vector embeddings.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
