Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, identifying trends in AI, AR/VR, and autonomous systems that will shape the industry landscape.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, future-proof technical architectures that can handle next-generation data loads.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor senior engineers and product leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Bridge Innovation & Reality: Translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps and deliverable milestones for stakeholders.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on Generative AI and sustainable tech integration to ensure Nexus Horizon remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Visionary Mindset: Exceptional ability to forecast industry shifts and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
