Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging markets, quantifying opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' conference series for industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 2026+ strategic planning
