Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and web experiences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate static concepts into dynamic visual narratives.
- Utilize industry-standard software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender) to execute complex motion sequences.
- Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Maintain a library of reusable assets and templates to optimize production workflows.
- Provide creative feedback and mentorship to junior designers and animators.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or motion graphics.
- A strong, online portfolio demonstrating expertise in timing, spacing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Deep understanding of animation principles, easing, and kinetic typography.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
