Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations for web, mobile, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop character rigs and visual assets using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with directors and designers to ensure creative vision alignment.
- Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback on their work.
- Optimize animation files for performance and cross-platform compatibility.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in 2D animation and motion graphics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation (After Effects, Animate CC).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in character animation and motion graphics.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field.
