Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for web, social media, and broadcast.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives.
- Manage the entire animation workflow, from concept and storyboard to final rendering and delivery.
- Optimize assets for various platforms and resolutions while maintaining visual fidelity.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D Motion Design or Animation.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of timing, spacing, and character performance in animation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for automated workflows is a plus.
