Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of leading high-impact projects.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with significant experience in distributed systems and microservices.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
