Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop and present scenario-based strategic plans to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Architect innovation roadmaps that align with long-term corporate vision
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and societal impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or tech-scale organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
